West Chico Rental Housing
Chico's west campus neighborhood is traditionally thought of as the neighborhood just west of the railroad tracks and Nord Ave and Walnut St. Rental housing in these neighborhoods are close to shopping and other retail services and well within walking and biking distance to the campus area. Public transportation is readily available in this neighborhood to areas throughout Chico as well as direct bus service to the Butte Community College campus.
